A: We offer existing samples free of charge, although the freight cost will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee applies. If you place a large order, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.

A: Generally, T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea. Other specific issues can be negotiated.
