1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and get back to you.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: We provide existing samples for free, but the freight charges will be your responsibility.
If you need a customized sample, we will charge a sample fee. For large orders, we will refund the sample fee once the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Different items have different MOQs. Normally, it is 5,000pcs for metal pens and 10,000pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally, T/T: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
5. Q: Do you have any certifications?
A: Yes, we have BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, etc.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, by Air, by Sea, or by Rail.
7. Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo & Shanghai. We can deliver from any seaport or airport in China.
