A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly review and respond to your inquiry.

A: We offer existing samples at no charge, although the cost of freight will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. If you place a large order, the sample fee will be refunded upon order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Typically, it is 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Generally, T/T with a 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) if shipping by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
