A: Simply send the Item Number or picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and get back to you.

A: Yes, we offer existing samples for free. However, the freight charge will be borne by you.
If you require a customized sample, we will charge a sample fee. For large orders, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.

A: The Minimum Order Quantity varies with different items. Typically, it's 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
