1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Send the Item Number or picture to our E-mail. We will check and reply to you promptly.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: We offer existing samples for free, but the freight charge will be on your side.
If you need a customized sample, we will charge a sample fee. For large quantities, the sample charge will be refunded after order confirmation.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Different items have different MOQs. Normally, it is 5000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.
