A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and respond to you.

A: Yes, we provide existing samples for free, but the freight charge will be on your side.
If you require a customized sample, we will charge a sample fee. If the order quantity is significant, we will refund the sample charge after the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Different items have different MOQs. Normally, it's 5000 pcs for a metal pen and 10,000 pcs for a plastic pen.

A: Typically, we require a T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
