A: We provide existing samples at no charge, but the freight costs will be borne by you.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. However, we will refund the sample fee if the order quantity is substantial and once the order is confirmed.

A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it is 5,000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.

A: Our standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
