A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our Email. We will promptly check and get back to you.

A: Yes, we offer existing samples for free; however, the freight charges are your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee applies. If you place a large order, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it's 5,000 units for metal pens and 10,000 units for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% upon a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) if shipping by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
