1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and reply to you.
2. Q: Can you provide a free sample?
A: We offer existing samples for free, but the freight charges will be on you.
For customized samples, there is a sample fee. However, if the order quantity is large, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The Minimum Order Quantity varies by item. Typically, it's 5000pcs for metal pens and 10,000pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally, we accept T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
