1. Q: How to obtain samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and reply to you.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: We offer existing samples free of charge, but the freight cost will be borne by you.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. If the order quantity is large, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Different items have different MOQs. Typically, it's 5,000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Usually, T/T with 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.

A: Yes, we have BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, and more.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, by air, by sea, or by rail.
7. Q: Which port do you ship the goods from?
A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo & Shanghai. We can ship from any seaport or airport in China.
