1. Q: How can I obtain samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and reply to you.
2. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, we provide existing samples free of charge, but the freight cost will be your responsibility.
If you require a customized sample, a sample fee will apply. For large orders, we refund the sample fee after order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Different items have different MOQs. Typically, it's 5,000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Generally, we accept T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
5. Q: Do you hold any certifications?
A: Yes, we hold BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, and other certifications.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and shipping by Air, Sea, or Rail.
7. Q: From which port will you ship the goods?
A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo and Shanghai, but we can ship from any seaport or airport in China.
