A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and reply to you.

A: Yes, we provide existing samples for free; however, the freight charge will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. If the order quantity is substantial, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.
