1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Send Item Number or picture to our E-mail. We will check and reply you.
2. Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: We provide existing samples for free, but freight charge will be on your side.
If you need customized sample, we will charge sample fee. If the quantity is big, we will refund the sample charge after order confirmed.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Different items has different MOQ. Normally 5000pcs for metal pen and 10,000pcs for plastic pen.
4. Q: What's the payment terms.
A: Normally T/T: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L if by sea.Other specific issues can negotiate.
5. Q:Do you have any certification?
A:Yes. We have BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, etc.
6. Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU,BY AIR,BY SEA,or BY RAIL.
7. Q: Which port will you ship the goods ?
A:Our nearest port is Ningbo & Shanghai. We can deliver from any seaport or Airport in China.
