1. Q: How can I obtain samples?
A: Please send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to your request.
2. Q: Is it possible to get a free sample?
A: We provide existing samples at no cost; however, the freight charges will be borne by you.
For customized samples, there is a sample fee. If you place a large order, we will refund the sample charge once the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it is 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Typically, we accept T/T: a 30% deposit is required in advance, and the remaining 70% is due upon receipt of the copy of the Bill of Lading if shipped by sea.For any additional specific concerns, we are open to negotiations.
