A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and reply.

A: Yes, we provide existing samples for free, but you will need to cover the freight charges.
For customized samples, a sample fee applies. For large orders, we will refund the sample fee upon confirmation of your order.

A: The MOQ varies by item: typically 5000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% due against the copy of the B/L if shipping by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
