A: Simply send us the Item Number or a Picture via Email. We will promptly review and respond to your request.

A: We offer existing samples at no charge, but the freight cost will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will apply. However, if you place a large order, we will refund the sample charge upon confirmation.
