1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and get back to you.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: We offer existing samples free of charge. However, the freight cost will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be applied. If the order quantity is substantial, the sample fee will be refunded upon order confirmation.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: The Minimum Order Quantity varies by item. Typically, it's 5000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally, T/T: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the copy of the Bill of Lading if by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.

A: Yes, we have BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, and more.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and can ship BY AIR, BY SEA, or BY RAIL.

A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo & Shanghai, but we can deliver from any seaport or airport in China.
