A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to you.

A: We offer existing samples at no cost, but the freight charges will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will apply. If your order quantity is large, we will refund the sample fee once the order is confirmed.

A: Standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance against a copy of the B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
