A: Simply email us the Item Number or a picture of the product you are interested in. We will promptly review your request and get back to you.

A: Yes, we provide existing samples at no charge, though you will be responsible for the freight costs.
For customized samples, a fee is applicable. However, we will refund this fee upon confirmation of a large order.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ depends on the item. Generally, it is 5,000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Our standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) for sea shipments.We are open to discussing other specific issues.
