A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture of the desired product to our E-mail, and we will promptly check and respond to your request.

A: We offer existing samples free of charge; however, the freight cost will be borne by you.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be incurred. If your order quantity is substantial, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.

A: Our standard terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can negotiate.
