1. Q: How to get samples?
A: Kindly send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and get back to you.
2. Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: We offer existing samples for free; however, the freight charges will be borne by you.
For customized samples, a sample fee is applicable. For large orders, we will refund the sample fee upon confirmation of the order.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Minimum Order Quantities differ by item. Typically, the MOQ is 5000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Usually, payments are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% is due upon delivery against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.

A: Yes, we hold certifications such as BSCI, EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, etc.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, by Air, by Sea, or by Rail.

A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. We can also deliver from any seaport or airport in China.
