A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly verify and respond to your request.

A: We offer existing samples at no cost, though you will need to cover the freight charges.
For customized samples, a sample fee applies. However, if the order quantity is substantial, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by product. Typically, it is 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Generally, we require a T/T payment: 30% deposit upfront and the remaining 70% upon receipt of the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
