1. Q: How to get samples?
A: To request samples, simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We'll promptly check and respond to you.
2. Q: Can you provide free sample?
A: We offer existing samples free of charge; however, freight costs will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be applied. For large orders, we will refund the sample charge once the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) varies by item. Typically, it's 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What's the payment terms.
A: Our standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% balance upon receipt of the copy of B/L if shipping by sea.Other specific issues can negotiate.
5. Q: Do you have any certification?
A: Yes, we hold BSCI certification, as well as EN71 for refills, MSDS, REACH, among others.
6. Q: What are your terms of delivery?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and we can ship BY AIR, BY SEA, or BY RAIL.
7. Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: Our nearest ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. We can ship from any seaport or airport in China.
