A: Simply send the item number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to you.

A: While we provide existing samples free of charge, you will be responsible for the freight costs.
For customized samples, a sample fee will be charged. However, if you place a large order, we will refund the sample fee upon order confirmation.

A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it's 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.

A: Typically, we require a 30% deposit in advance via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.Other specific issues can be negotiated.
