A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We'll promptly check and get back to you.

A: Yes, we offer existing samples free of charge. However, shipping costs will be borne by you.
For customized samples, a fee will apply. If your order quantity is significant, we will refund the sample fee upon confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it's 5000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.

A: Typically, we require a T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance, and the remaining 70% upon the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.For any other specific issues, we are open to negotiations.
