A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to your request.

A: We offer existing samples at no charge, but the freight cost will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee will apply. However, if you place a large order, we will refund the sample charge upon confirmation.

A: The MOQ varies per item. Generally, it's 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
