A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our E-mail. We will promptly check and reply to you.

A: We offer existing samples free of charge; however, the freight cost will be your responsibility.
For customized samples, a sample fee applies. For large quantities, we will refund the sample fee after order confirmation.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies by item. Generally, it is 5,000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance against the copy of B/L if shipped by sea.For other specific issues, we can negotiate.
