A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will review your request and respond promptly.

A: Yes, we offer existing samples for free; however, the shipping cost will be your responsibility. For custom samples, a fee will apply. If you place a large order, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.
