A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture to our email. We will promptly check and respond to your request.
2. Q: Can you provide a free sample?
A: We offer existing samples at no cost, but the freight charges will be your responsibility.
For a customized sample, a sample fee will be charged. If your order quantity is large, we will refund the sample fee after the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Minimum Order Quantities vary by item. Generally, it is 5000 pieces for metal pens and 10,000 pieces for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Typically, we require a T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the Bill of Lading if shipped by sea. * Other specific issues can be negotiated.
