1. Q: How can I get samples?
A: Simply send the Item Number or a picture of the product to our E-mail. We will promptly check and respond to your request.

A: We offer existing samples at no charge, but the freight cost will be borne by you.
If you require a customized sample, there will be a sample fee. For large quantity orders, the sample fee will be refunded after the order is confirmed.
3. Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ varies for different items. Generally, it is 5000 pcs for metal pens and 10,000 pcs for plastic pens.
4. Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Typically, T/T: 30% deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance payable upon receipt of the copy of B/L if shipping by sea. Other specific issues can be negotiated.
